June 2008 Blog Remix

Hello all. For the eight people that may read this from time to time, SURPRISE! As if one blog for the month of June was not enough, here is the June 2008 remix. I was going to try and hold off until July, but I just can’t help myself.

Okay, so, WOW! That’s about all that I can say about the DJ Underdog Launch Party. I have to throw a couple thank yous out there in no specific order (SPOILER ALERT: This is my unofficial Oscar speech). Thanks to the Inn Termission in South Side for even being open to having me come down and play. You guys are great hosts, and I hope to be back in the future. Tim Brock, from DesignbyBrock.com, thanks for all the work putting together a great website. I know a lot of people approached me at the party with compliments, and I hope they were able to compliment you in person. Finally, thanks so much to my family and friends. To my wife and kids, thank you for always being there no matter what, and supporting me through everything. Thanks Q for your performance at the “Mish”. I know it was the highlight of the night. Many helped me set this whole thing up, some helped me set up the equipment and the room, many spread the word, some danced, and ALL made that night, and this little business, a lot of fun. You know who you are.

I posted a bunch of pictures on my MySpace, and I am working on making them accessible on a picture website as well. I will keep you posted. Also, I have a few things in the works to possible be back weekly or monthly at a few spots locally so I will let you know how that turns out. Check the site, and MySpace.
